In-Person Notarization

For clients who prefer a traditional signing in a neutral, professional environment, Urban Ease offers in-person notarization by appointment. A great option if you prefer a private, professionally arranged location instead of hosting the signing yourself — ideal for handling important or sensitive documents in a secure and well-presented setting.

While we currently do not accept walk-ins at our Manhattan office, we can arrange a private signing venue in Manhattan upon request for an additional coordination fee. Our team will handle all logistics to ensure a smooth, confidential, and well-managed experience from start to finish.

IPEN notarization is also available for clients who prefer the ease of digital signing with the assurance of in-person identity verification.
